Rudolph Cupcakes

Looking for something fun and festive for your next holiday potluck?  Try these super easy Rudolph cupcakes!

Start with a batch of your favorite chocolate frosted cupcakes.

Add marshmallow eyes

m&m noses

animal cracker antlers

Melt a little frosting or chocolate then use a toothpick to dot on some googly eyes.
The goofier the better!  :)

 Aren't these little Rudolphs adorable?!

Jake's mom makes these every year for the cookie exchange party she hosts and they've been a party hit for me too.   What's your favorite holiday potluck dish?
