This is from the day we picked her out. We narrowed our choices down to three pups and had nicknamed Bru "Moderate" during our selection process. She was pretty mellow but showed a bit of spunk too.
7 weeks old
These are from the day we brought her home from Vermont. She was learning to sit and enjoying the first of many belly rubs courtesy of Jake. He rubs her belly every morning and she loves him the most.
10 weeks old
She made herself at home pretty quickly.
Max meets his little sister the next day. They were about the same size at this point. Notice the carpet?
About a week after bringing the new puppy home, we started ripped up the carpeting and installed new laminate flooring ourselves. It holds up to the dogs' claws very well and hasn't been scratched yet. Changing the flooring would've been much easier to do before bringing a second dog into the mix but at least she got conditioned to hearing some power tools and a little frustrated swearing early on.

Here she is today!
Mischa (aka Gator Girl) is 5 years old today. She's a genius Belgian Malinois that enjoys helping herself to cookies in her spare time. You can read more about her and Sebastian's (German shepard) adventures here on my sister-in-law's blog. Happy Birthday, Mischa!Welcome to new visitors from the Saturday Pet Blogger Hop! Our blog is one month new and we have a page devoted to the pups under construction that will be unveiled soon. Maximus and Brewster are family members so they'll be featured regularly. We love comments. Don't be shy! We'll do all follow backs by Tuesday. Have fun hopping! :)

Happy Birthday! It's almost my dog Murderface's birthday too! He sends his birthday wishes to Brewster!
Come stop by my blog sometime, have a great Friday!
Happy First Birthday Brewster! You look magnificent. And Max is a cutey, too. You make a splendid pair. Following from Sat Blog Hop...Oh, yeah, our parents ripped out the carpeting, too! What's up with that? The carpet was soft and we could walk better! Why does no one consult us about this stuff?! They said something about dog hair all over the place - what's wrong with that? We've got hair all over!

Great looking blog! I just came through from the Blog Hop. I'm a Paula Deen fan too - made her Pineapple Gooey Butter Cake and it was awesome. Since the linky tool is apparently not working this week, I've included my link in case you'd like to check out my blog.

I love to look at pictures from puppy to adulthood :) I try to post a comparison "then and now" photo of Murphy every week. It's so amazing how fast they grow up.

I'm late in responding back to you! Thanks so much for visiting my blog and following! I have enjoyed visiting your site and seeing your extra cute dogs! The pictures are so fun and it's amazing how much Brewster grew! Wow!
My dog Lucky is a mini schnauzer! He is so camera shy that it's hard to get a good picture of him. He doesn't like looking at the camera! It's so funny! I love the picture of your schnauzer!
Keep in touch and have a great weekend! I'm following your blog now!!
So, what do you think? Don't be shy...we're all friends here. :) We love hearing from you and read every note you leave us!
