Is that a furry creature under our Christmas tree?

There's a new dog in town...meet Samson!

Maximus, stop packing your bones and cancel your plans to move in with your Auntie Melissa.  Samson is visiting.  He's belongs to a friend (and coworker) and is a 10 week old English bulldog puppy.

We'll be traveling to South Carolina for work on Sunday.  Samson's too young for boarding so it's tough timing to have a new puppy and need to travel.  Enter Jake stage left riding his white stallion.  Jake offered to watch the puppy while we're out of town.  Did I marry a brave (and sweet) man or what?

Samson came over for a play date and dinner yesterday to meet Max and Bru.  They played very well together and tired themselves out.  Samson decided to gather some toys and make himself at home under the tree.

Bru and Max keeping an eye on Samson's yellow toy.

Samson is a brave little chap.  He's the blur intent on taking the tennis ball from Bru.  No worries, Max is monitoring the situation.

What's wrong, Bru?  Did the puppy make you sleepy?

I heard Samson slept his whole ride home and through the night too.  :)

  6. Popped to your site from the Nester - gotta say I love your dogs, but especially your Saint. We had a sweet Saint for 5 years (named Daisy) before we moved out of the country and had to find a new home for her. She was a drooling machine, but oh so sweet! They are the best!
